Villa North is a comfortable modern residential complex with all amenities. It includes a villa, apartments and a private pool. The resort is in a beautiful location in Paramaribo North at the JBS Rebostraat 110 in Blauwgrond, one of the better districts of Paramaribo. Public transport and shops are within walking distance. Choi's supermarket and Marie-Traité Mall are also within walking distance. In the neighborhood there are plenty of restaurants (including several warungs). To Hotel Torarica is a 7-minute drive away, here is the center of the "night life" (lots of restaurants, terraces, bars, casinos, etc..) New are the cabana with an outdoor sink, an outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower. There is another house on the plot at the front. This house will no longer be rented out as of September 1, 2022 and will be intended for private use.

The complex is located in a safe neighborhood, the plot is fenced and the houses are equipped with so-called 'thief iron'. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. There is a friendly manager who ensures that you will not be short of anything. He does not live on the property itself, but is always available. He ensures that the beds are made on arrival and that an extra set of linen is available. The manager will receive you and you will receive the keys from him. He shows you around and explains. During your stay he is available to solve any problems and answer questions. He also does the final check on the basis of which you will be refunded the deposit. The pool is cleaned weekly and the swimming water is measured twice a week for the correct amount of chlorine and PH value. The yard and around the house are cleaned twice a week.

The villa has 4 large bedrooms: two downstairs, one of which is a master bedroom with bath. All rooms have private bathroom with toilet. There is also a separate bathroom and a separate toilet for general use. At the rear is a spacious veranda. The villa is suitable for 8 people. The villa is standard rented for 4 people. For extra person we charge a surcharge. Living area is 278 square meters.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom (air-conditioned) with toilet, sink, shower and bath. Two single box spring with health mattress (size 90cmx200cm), wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: bedroom (air-conditioned) with toilet, sink and shower and a walk-in closet. Two single box spring with health mattress (size 90cmx200cm) and a dressing table.
Bathroom: Extra shower and sink / Extra WC and washbasin.
Kitchen and laundry: Beautiful L-shaped kitchen, fully equipped with: Gas cooker ( 4 cooking zones / burners ), Cutlery & Crockery, Fridge / Freezer, Cooking Utensils, Microwave, Oven, Iron / ironing board, washing machine, Kettle .
Linen: Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels ( 8 ) are present.
1st floor
Bedroom 3: bedroom ( air-conditioned) with toilet, sink and shower. Two single box spring with health mattress (size 90cmx200cm), wardrobe and dressing table .
Bedroom 4: bedroom ( air-conditioned) with toilet, sink and shower. Two single box spring with health mattress (size 90cmx200cm), wardrobe and dressing table.
Sitting / Balcony: Spacious sitting room with sofa ( 2 seater + 2 seater ) and a room balcony at the front .
Outdoor Provision: with outdoor terrace with a garden table with garden chairs ( 9 ) and a hammock , covered garage and a porch .
Pool: Size 8mx4m x1 , 4m ( LxWxT ) is cleaned weekly.
Internet / Audio, WIFI and TV fladscreen.
